I haven't been able to buy anything on ebay since March. I have money on my debit card, I try all of the options: google pay, paypal, debit card. And for some reason the payments will not go through, there's so many items I've been wanting to buy on here but can't because of this.

Most likely it's a payment provider issue, however I do want to ask you this. If you purchase an item from ebay as a guest, does it let you buy said item? If so, then you should contact ebay via facebook

If you still have issues with paying, even as a guest, you will have to check with your bank to see if there are any internal or underlying issues

I've tried buying an item on ebay as guest but whenever I try to buy something it makes me sign in to an account. It makes me sign in to buy ebay purchases

Have you talked to your bank, sounds like the problem is with them.

Naw I haven't called my bank. Like I buy stuff on Amazon all the time, I did yesterday. Other websites like nike, fanatics, nba store, eastbay, etsy, etc. They all work for me

Ok well I found the same item I was wanting on Facebook Marketplace and Mercari and my payment went through so I got to get the item. Guess I'll be getting on those more instead.
