You just signed on 4 days ago.

Did you link your bank account to Payoneer? Did you register your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business? Did Ebay send you an email saying that you are approved? If not, this is what you need to do.

It can take up to 4 weeks to be approved from Ebay.  You cannot just decide you want to sell something and then try to sell it.  There are requirements and protocols for all sellers.  You should also consider this:

This is a valuable and important tool that will teach you what you need to know to be a seller on ebay.  I suggest that you should enroll after you have set your account with Payoneer.  That way you'll have time to study while you wait to be approved.  Also note that as a new seller you will be limited to how many items you can sell at first.

thank you, friends, actually I log in to another address  location  from the Netherlands   I changed my address   ... I  complete bank   Payoneer  with eBay is verified  okay  I wait 4 weeks thank you  I will tap the link and learn in 'eBay seller school  thank you again

If your profile says you're in Sri Lanka but you changed it to the Netherlands it didn't work.

I think  you changed your shipping address and not your country residence. 

It should reflect  you're in the Netherlands if you're physically located in the Netherlands. 

Do you know the name and address on all your accounts and your license much exactly match a current driver's license or your National ID?

I have a feeling you might not get the email from eBay saying you're all set. They might view not setting up your account with accurate information is a risk and suspend you before you get started. 

Where are your products located? Are your products in the Netherlands?
