Problem with refunding buyer with managed payments

 I have a return request(I sent the wrong color ugh lol) and buyer has shipped back the item and I refunded early before it arrives back to me(I usually do) and the amount refunded did not include the buyers shipping she paid me and it says it is on a open hold? Is it because they are waiting for buyer to confirm they received their refund?

 

She is asking why I did not refund her shipping when in fact I did not deduct her shipping. Can someone help me figure out how to get that open hold on the shipping released back to her?

From your Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and Shipped, choose 'Send Refund' from the drop-down box to the left of the order in question. You will enter the amount of the shipping, then Confirm. MP refunds are easy. Good luck.

Im having same issue sending a refund. I have no option to send a refund when go to order. Any ideas?
