Managed payment: Account restricted and unable to access funds

I, like many other fools, got tricked into using managed payments. I made a lot of sales recently, eBay slapped me with a mc011 restriction, I sent in an appeal and they DENIED me so I have a restriction permanent on my account. Ok whatever idc. But I have about $12k sitting as “available funds” in managed payments. And I’m not allowed to have them deposited into my bank until my account is unrestricted... which will be never since I got slapped with a permanent restriction. So **bleep** do i do?? Been on about 10 different calls and chats and none of them have a solid answer on **bleep** happens to my funds sitting there in limbo. does it go back to buyers even though items are delivered?? PLEASE HELPPP

i had copied someones listing (to save me time) and didnt realize they had used funko collectible as the category! but the problem was i wasnt given this warning until i had shipped and delivered the item already

My guess is that it is a 21 day hold, since you normally don't sell items that cost that much.

If your restriction is permanent: then I would advise you to talk to a lawyer with this:

"$12k sitting as “available funds” in managed payments."
