11 out of 15 posts are regarding this subject and all from Sri Lanka.

This is like asking a road sweeper to answer a question on Quantum Physics.

Surely you have the capacity to figure out for your self that your question relates to product connected with your Bank therefore you must ask your bank.

There's either a problem with the banks in Sri Lanka or this is question number 83 on the list of questions to post on the forum. Very odd that the same issues seems to come in batches.
