hello there i just bought an offer from ebay and they charged me * times after that i didn't even receive my product and when i tried to contact the seller it showed me that (" No longer a registered user ") so could u help me get my money back please.

You don't need to contact the seller. If it's one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order, open an Item Not Received claim. You'll be made whole. Good luck.

Does it pass the Estimated Delivery Date? If it's please open a case. Ebay will refund you in few days. If not please contact eBay CS live. They will issue it definitely.

You received an offer from the SELLER which is a person sitting in their dining room on their computer selling things on the internet. 

Ebay is nothing but a facilitating website, which allows individual sellers to post items for sale and buyer to then buy those items.
