Hold my money for no reason.. Cant transfer my money to my bank account just because its lower than 50$ ...Anybody facing the same problem?

Could be as simple as you have not had a lot of sales in the past 90 days so might be subject to the new/returning seller up to 30 day holds on payouts. Those holds do not take in account past solds, just the previous 90 days.

If Payoneer has a minimum of $50 before you can transfer the funds to your bank account, not much you can do until you reach the minimum.

Payoneer is not a very user friendly organization.
There are disgruntled users selling on a variety of sites.
The fulfill a need that the international banking system does not fulfill for sellers in a large number of countries.
