Most new or INFREQUENT sellers will find that their funds can be held for up to 30 days.

Go here:  https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts 

Change the search option to Order Number instead of Payout ID, and put in that Order Number, then see what comes up.

Other posters mentioned it may be on hold, which is very possible. All new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.
