I was on last night trying to complete a purchase and PayPal is in a loop and keeps returning to the complete purchase screen. I shut down and restarted my computer, but it's still doing it today. I was wondering if eBay is having issues, is PayPal having issues... anyone else having problems trying to complete a purchase?

Dear sir, I am having the exact same problem. I am hoping it is not tied to the thing that ebay wants to lock your paypal account to all of your purchases and instantly pay the seller automatically. If you make an offer it will ask you to accept this . I refuse to give them automatic withdrawal of my bank or paypal accounts.

If you are trying to pay via PayPal and you are having problems signing in to PayPal during eBay checkout, try signing in to PayPal in another browser tab before completing eBay checkout.
Or else try manually erasing your PayPal cookies.
Or else try using a different browser to check out.
Or else try checking out using the eBay app.
Or else try paying using a different payment method.
Or else try checking out on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.

Not an ebay issue.
I can't pay for a purchase using Payapal on either
USPS.com or Hip stamp.
Total Paypal problem.

I was just able to pay for an eBay purchase using PayPal, so while there may be a PayPal issue causing problems, there are ways to get around the problem and pay using PayPal.
Typically if PayPal is down or unable to make payments, the PayPal icon will no longer appear in eBay listings under accepted payments for the duration of the problem; the icons there are dynamic and should reflect the current available options.

Within the last hour I had two sales on ebay on two separate accounts. Both buyers paid
thru Paypal without issue.
I tried Hip-stamp (again) to pay an invoice and got the endless loop.
