I ordered an item off ebay Im not sure it there was a shipping fee. If there was a shipping fee will it be added to the price of the item at check out? Or do they go back into my card and take it later? If so I don't want the Item I c

When you made your purchase, you were shown the item price, the shipping cost and the state sales tax, if any.  Not sure why any of that information would have been a surprise to you.  Nobody takes it later, they take it when you pay.  And you didn't buy from eBay, but from an eBay seller.

You owe nothing more to the seller.  Your payment included applicable sales tax and shipping.
