Payouts on hold; account permanently restricted

How can I get a payout from my indefinitely restricted account?  Is there any definite time period as the account has been permanently restricted for selling and payout is disabled since last 1.5 months. 

I would appreciate if you can share your experience and resolution.

It could be 6 months or longer.

They will send the funds to your states unclaimed property and you can get it from them.

They keep it 6 months to cover chargebacks or a PayPal dispute. Then they'll try to put it in checking account and if doesn't  work it will go to escheatment. If that happens you'll need to contact unclaimed funds in the treasury dept in your state.
