Since you're a new seller, they can hold the funds for 30 days.

If your 1st sale was on this account (July 28) at minimum, your payment will be held until delivery is secure, but more likely 14 days to 30 days until you are established.

It does not take too long to be 'established' and get 2 day payouts......
