I was supposed to receive a payment on December 25, 2020. I was sent an email by ebay. Normally I can see the payment post in my bank account the next day or 2. Now I'm not seeing any sign in my bank for anything. Around the same time frame I was also given a red link to "verify my information" and it just had me re-fill out my name and ssn and dob. The link keeps coming back. I called eBay and they told me that they needed me to upload a government ID. However the link does not show place to upload the ID and they supposedly opened a ticket (which I never got a ticket number to follow up). I believe this is what is holding my payouts. I tried having them call me again today but all I got was an email saying they called me but were unable to get ahold of me. Now the "call us" option greyed out and is unavailable for me. I cant recieve any payment and I'm afraid this issue won't get fixed any time soon. I offered to email them my ID and they would not accept it last time I got a hold of support. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues??

With payouts, nothing happens over the long weekend, so you may see it hit your bank account today or tomorrow. Then again it may not. Keep trying and Good Luck.

same here, was sent a message that funds were sent to my bank on Christmas day and the transfer has not been made as of today and it should have been deposited today as my bank processes the funds next day in less than 24hrs. ALSO, I should have had another deposite sent today as I am in DAILY PAYOUTS and No Deposit wassent today??

I have like 8 payouts marked as "Completed Funds sent", they sometimes change to "Declined Waiting for Retry" for a bit and then back to Completed, but it's been 2 weeks and I have received NOTHING since I changed to managed payments.

this is happening to me. IS anybody getting anything resolved thru ebay. I can't even get a hold of anyone to chat. this is frustrating. the money is not shown in my bank account at all.
