The Payment i received in hold FOREVER!

Hello, Well. it was another normal day. Someone bought item from my shop and put the money on hold,  after 24h when i sent him the item and got the Track number and the carrier, i put it on the Hold paypal request to get the money.. Well, it says  You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery. BUT the probloem is that i see this message more then week.. As i see the problem is that When i click on the Track shipment all i see is Error.

I put the right carrier and the right track number, maybe because  it was on the options "Other carriers"?

i tried talk with the buyer, but he didn't answer me.

It is far more likely that your concerns are a normal policy that Ebay has for new sellers and PP follows that policy.  IT is a good idea to do your research before you start selling so you know if anything is going to affect your money.  Below are some links that will likely help you.  Feel free to come back and ask questions as you might need to for clarification.
