I have the same issue with my payouts. It says my funds are available for payout but I never seen any payout send. I contact eBay customer service and it seems they don't have any clue about my concern. What is going on at eBay they are flopping big time since the departed from PayPal. I don't think they know what they are doing and is a Shame. I use to like eBay but none anymore. I quess I will never get my home

You haven't sold in awhile and then started back selling three weeks ago. There's no problem that I can see. ebBay is treating you like a new seller and payments will be held 14-30 days.

They think you as a new seller and hold your funds for 30 days. But my friend @franyeboa_ccex2yl , My first item was delivered to the buyer on December 23rd. And I got the payout on 26th which was also held by eBay. Hang in there man. If you did everything inside the time frame, ex: shipping done inside the handling time mentioned by you, tracking number updated, delivered on time, eBay will release your payment quickly. Just be patient for another couple more days. They will send you a message saying, "We sent your payout". Then you can collect it.

Besides the '30 day hold for newbies) did you open a Managed Payment account with eBay? (Have it approved etc (would be for a direct deposit into your checking account).

Shashen-
Funds are usually held from the sale date. What date was your item sold on? Funds are released usually after the item is delivered to the buyers residence. Since you're in Sri Lanka, it's most probable that your funds were on hold until it arrived to the buyer. It did and then you got paid. Happy For you!
Looks like you're really doing a great job and I'm glad you are participating on this forum. I'm sure you are learning a lot. Good for you.
Have a great day.

Dear @ckimodog its all thanks to you all that I have learned soo much and love to participate on these conversations in the forum. That wow I learned another thing today from you. I always thought that the 30 represents the days available for the buyer to return the item if there's any sort of problem with it. Hence to refund the buyer by eBay. Even my payouts showed as to Feb 1st as the day eBay will released my payment. So I thought I did good they let me have it. I never knew this. Thank you soo much my friend.
See that's why I love the forum. Now I am updated with more information so I could help someone again. ^^ Thank you once again.

OMG!!, they did it again . I have a payout that says Wednesday 28th 2022 and I woke up this morning looking up to it but everything change and it says payout is Thursday 29th. What is going on in ebay they don't keep their words and keep flip flopping how can you trust a company who does business like that. I have been giving offers for my listing but am scared accepting because my funds will not be disperse to me. Management is very very poor. Is very frustrating and shameful for a big company like ebay and they don't know what they are doing

Also my proceeds that was suppose to payout to me is $140.60 but it says my payout is $109 I don't know where they got this figure from. I feel like I am being rip off broad day light by ebay when did the company reach this low. I don't know who to talk to because the customer service don't know what they are doing one of them even hang up on me the other time because he didn't have any answers for me and I quess he got frustrated himself
