Payout returned diffrent beneficient name

Have anyone experienced this?
I have this strange issue with eBay Payouts. Recently a started selling on eBay and when I started to sell my items I decided to open a company and convert the personal eBay account to business. Also I had to change my bank account with business bank account in order to be legal seller. Something strange happend when I started to receive my payouts. eBay was sending  messages that the payout were returned. 

I decided to contact the bank and their statement was pretty clear, the name of the benefiecient should be the company name on order to be able to accept the payout from eBay. I checked my business information if I have mistakes whit the information regarding my company. Everything was set correctly then I decided to check the payment section to see what name is set on the bank account for payouts. Unfortunately it was my personal name and I think this was the issue.

I tryed couple of times to change the name with no result, still the same situaltion. I contacted eBay support by requestion help to change the beneficient name to be my bussiness name. Ofcource they asked for document like statement ,transaction history ,certiicates ,etc related with my bank account.  After my request they replyed that everything looks fine and they will need 5-7 business day to resolve it. Hope they will do it as their message says and it is not just an excuse to push me away.
