Just open the eBay app, navigate to the order details for this transaction, and tap the “scan to confirm collection” button. Then you can either:

Scan the QR code the buyer received through email
Or select the “enter code” tab to manually input the 6-digit code the buyer received through email

Why cant you just go back to the way it used to be instead of making things more difficult for sellers.  We used to just have to confirm that it was picked up without any **bleep** code????

You can use the app or the website. Just look for the “Confirm Pickup” option. I’ve been wanting to eBay to get the instructions in that article updated but it hasn’t been yet.
