You must link your Payoneer account to your eBay account. Both accounts must be the same type.  If your eBay account is a personal account then your Payoneer account must be an Individual Payoneer account.  If your eBay account is a business account then you need to link a Company Payoneer account.

Payoneer lets you know right away if you're sucessfully linked.

Then after sucessfully linking accounts it takes eBay 2-4 WEEKS to activate your selling account. They will send you an email when you're all set.
