I want to know if it's required that I allow Ebay to automatically collect payment fromPaypal on an accepted offer or can I opt out and pay Paypal manually as I've always done?

Anyone else having issues with payouts today?

Payout to debit card from sale usually arrives in minutes. Today it showed as sent but then changed to resent and now as processing and not sent. This all started hours ago. Anyone else having this problem?
