Yes, if your the new payoneer account is verified, you can link it with your ebay account.

How does a Payoneer account event expire?

That link from eBay won't help you activate your Payoneer account.

If you haven't been active in receiving funds and you have a zero balance and no activity for awhile your account will be temporarily suspended.

To reactivate the account, login your account,  select the last 4 digits of the card that was blocked (from the drop down menu), and click on the link that will reactivate your card.

If you do not have the card in your possession please contact Payoneer. If you have the card but you're  unable to reactivate the account contact Payoneer for further assistance.

To be clear it is your Payoneer account you need to login to reactivate Payoneer.

The problem when the OP marks a reply as resolved sometimes they think that answer was what they needed and they don't  come back. I hope they return because the link you gave them doesn't fix an expired account.

Payoneer accounts temporarily expire when you have a zero balance with no activity for several months.

@nocoolnamejane More information if you're trying to learn about Payoneer.  You can only have one Payoneer account on your National ID. If you want to create another account you have to use your mother, father, sister, brother's ID. I believe they tried to make another account instead of reactivating their account and that's why they wanted to know if they could put their eBay account in another name.  It would be so helpful if they would come here first when they encounter a problem and then wait for a Mentor that is familiar with their type of problem when they have a problem.
