I am on hold for some reason the man who purchased something from me told me the payments there but it's on hold I guess I can't even find it. The item don't say sold and I got a email saying sold 500 and 450 but there is no info no address or shipping label nothing. I can't get the money either. I have had one on hold since 15th . What's up here.

You are on Payment Hold because you are a new seller.
Please read "payment holds" in blue on the right of the page.
I see 1 item sold and it was sold on 6-1
Did you ship that?
What does your seller dashboard show? Do you have an item there that tells you to ship?
I think it would do you good to read "all about selling"

Hi @jacoope-67 . As a brand new seller you are subject to payment holds which are typically anywhere from 15-30 days. Read more about it here:

You sold a skateboard on June 1st, and there's no hint of any other sale. As far as I can see from Product Research tool, that skateboard auction from June 1st was not paid for.
If you took communication off eBay and agreed to text or email someone, then be very careful because that's a scammer tactic used to target new sellers and submit fake payment information. Always keep communication on eBay.
Check your pending payments here:

Check your orders history here:

Do not ship anything until the orders page says "awaiting shipment" as that confirms the buyer paid through eBay.
I'm going to post some new seller links below that you should find helpful.

New sellers are targets for scammers that will make fake offers and try to get you to text or email them outside of eBay. Using fixed price listings with immediate payment required will cut down (but not eliminate) the number of those scam attempts. Keep messaging on eBay and don't fall for attempts to get you to change the shipping address, or claims the buyer cannot pay saying you need to click some kind of link or contact them off eBay to make payment work. If you have any more questions come back and ask.

If it's an expensive item, I suggest using "local pickup only" and not offering a shipping method. Until you build up a selling history it's best to sell low priced items.

You look like a new seller so don’t rely on an email saying you have sold something. Emails can be faked. Go to your seller hub and see if it says you have sold items there. It will tell you if an item has been paid for and where and when to ship. Also, as a new seller your payments may be held for up to 30 days but you still need to ship on time.

In addition to msmaggie reply - you can use pending funds to pay for shipping
