Payments to the Credit card and not Check account

Please help to make Ebay paying to my Credit account and not to Bank account.

If your payouts are set for anything other than "daily" you can request a "payout on demand" to a "debit card".

What does this mean?  
Do you have an account at a credit union rather than a bank?  
Or are you talking about asking eBay to send your sales payouts to a credit card?  

Because if you want eBay to pay down your credit card balance -- no, eBay will not send your payouts directly to a credit card company.  
That money will have to go into a checking account in your name at a bank. 
Then YOU have to make payments to the credit card company.
