Payments have been on hold since Sep 1. They needed email and phone details re-verified. All done and completed - confirmed by customer support.
Multiple dealings with customer support have given no results. The amount is over $2600. Is there anyone I can contact to get a proper response?

Curious- is the hold from another account; this account only shows 4 items sold (with 18 total sold) all around the $10-$20 amount. Did you sell a 1 item high ticket item on another account?

No - I have only one account. Strange that only 4 sales showing up.

Since they use one listing with a lot of the same item for sale: they sales show under that.
One item shows 428 item sold with 2 left.
Original poster are you drop shipping??
As for contacting eBay: most customer service folks can not deal with such as revivification..
Have they yet asked you for more information??

Has anyone filed a not as described case claiming unauthentic? That can trigger a 30 day hold on your payouts.
It is not good when they want you to verify details because usually what follows is then they want receipts to make sure you're items are from authorized distributors.
If the funds aren't released after 30 days contact eBay and ask why they're still being held.

I believe the receipts are to prove the item existed:
having reread the user agreement of the payment system: some of this stuff may be coming under the anti laundering laws..
May have to start posting a link to it; as well as a link to it on payment holds as well.
