If eBay is going to get their cut from a sell early, the. they need to speed up sending the sellers cut early as well. Stop holding peoples money up, people have bills to pay. And stop trying to get people to buy 10 dollar package labels and discounting them to make it look like a better deal, nobody’s stupid.

You have absolutely no selling history so Ebay will hold your funds for up to thirty days. They prefer that any refunds come out of your pocket not theirs. Read up on Ebays thirty day MBG. As far as any ten dollar  'package labels', Im not sure what that even means. the seller chooses the carrier, has nothing to do with Ebay.
