Payment on hold

I have been selling for 3 months with over 100 sales and 100% positive feedback and have been getting all of my payments the next day but today I made a small sale and it says payment on hold until after delivery? Does anyone know why this would happen?

Are these charms actually Stanley brand as your listing says.....like the Stanley company makes them?

If not then you need to remove any mention of Stabley from your listings or you risk a VERO take down

eBay is rolling this out to all sellers no matter what. I just got hit with it and all my sales are on hold until delivery. I am unsure how this will work with ebay standard envelope since most of mine don't ever get marked as 'delivered' but only 'out for delivery'.

Since most of your eBay Standard Envelopes don't ever get marked delivered, do you think this may be the reason for eBay to place a hold of the funds?  Did eBay say how long the hold will last for items that don't ever get marked as delivered?
