Payment not scheduled even with available funds.

Hey so I have almost $1,000 In available funds and no payout is being scheduled?  I called a eBay rep and they told me to delete and re-add my bank information. After doing so it was placed under review for 3 days and approved. Even after that it still says “no payout scheduled” under available funds. All tax info is up to date and no red banners on account. Please help I need the money out of eBay.

WHAT?!?  This has been going on for a long time to sellers.  It's only money and THE reason anyone is here.  Can't the Powers That Be do things faster to fix this?  Things are desperate out here in the real world and some people really need their money.

Yes I currently have no red banner. I was told after chatting with an ebay rep. that there would be a red banner asking for bank statements and ID (even though I provided them with that info 4 months ago) within 24-48 hours but it seems like a lot of people are having this issue.

We are talking about THREE different issues.

 

The red banner would appear for needing to give Ebay additional information OR to confirm micro deposits.

 

The other issue has NOTHING to do with a red banner and that is that on the Payment Summary our next Payout date is currently not working.  That is a simple glitch or maybe it isn't working because they have to update this section with the information for the additional payout options recently announce.

I see the OP has disappeared.  Has the problem been solved?  Has anyone heard from them?  

This is a nasty glitch affecting too many sellers.

It is likely the OP has resolved their issue as this is an older thread.  Not all sellers with money held are for the same reason or reasons.  There are multiple things going on and reasons for payment holds.  Not all the reasons are because Ebay has messed up.  It is a mixed bag.

I should be more clear. I currently have no payout date but have available funds and normally have daily payouts. After chatting with a rep they had to dig for information and told me I would soon see a red banner asking for more personal information. They also told me to correct the fact that there was no red banner asking for this information that  they would send an IT report.   I *currently* have nothing going on in my payments section other than the lack of payout date. I suspect there is probably a glitch and this may be one reps. answer as to why they think I have no payout date and when they see it is more widescale issue here there will be some other update. It really doesn't make sense that they are asking for this information again as I provided it in November 2021.

Thank you for the additional information.  As happens far to often I think the CSR you spoke to is simply WRONG.  It appears to be to be either a glitch or they are updating that section of the Payment program due to their recent changes to when a seller can have their payouts sent.  

 

It is happening to many of us, me included.  

 

So are they actually asking you for more information or are you assuming they are going to ask you because of what the CSR said?

I think you are right and it's really a widespread glitch. I was going by what the CSR said. I didn't realize it was a larger issue and believed what they were telling me.  When asked what was going on and why I had no payout date this was their response :"As cross checked verification of account is pending but there is no banner. I have escalated all details for you to technical team on top priority and within 24 to 48 hours, you will get red banner for account details update. Once you upload required details then within few hours, you will get a payout date."  When asked about what I would need to upload I was told business documents and personal information like a drivers license or passport.

It is really unfortunate that way too many CSRs ASSUME stuff and then give the wrong information.  Unfortunately we can't do anything about it as many of us have tired and NOTHING changes.  I am very sorry but do not depend on the Call Center to give you accurate information.  The social media options are much better at giving accurate advice.

I just got back in touch with a new CSR and they confirmed the no payout date issue is an emerging glitch and  they are looking into and working on. If you want to be added to a glitch report you can start a chat with them

There seems to be a known glitch.  Call or chat with an ebay rep. and ask them to add you to the glitch report. Multiple people are reporting an issue right now.
