Hey so I have almost $1,000 In available funds and no payout is being scheduled? I called a eBay rep and they told me to delete and re-add my bank information. After doing so it was placed under review for 3 days and approved. Even after that it still says “no payout scheduled” under available funds. All tax info is up to date and no red banners on account. Please help I need the money out of eBay.

I'm experiencing this issue, as well. As of yesterday, the payment was scheduled for today. I then received a request to update SSN for the 1099. When that was completed, the hold was removed from my account, and the payment was scheduled for today. By late afternoon, the status had changed back to "No payout schedule." That remains the status today.

A quick further clarification. I received payment last week (Daily schedule) for other items without any further issue.

I'm sure I've posted this a few times on this thread, but your issue is due to you being a New Seller. Sometimes for some unknown reason that I know of, there are some payouts that get through before they start holding funds. I have no explanation for that.
Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

hello velvet@ebay how are you? I had the same problem, my last payment on Ebay was March 17th and after that even though I had funds available on Ebay the payments were no longer scheduled, so I opened a support ticket and in a few days the problem was resolved, but unfortunately another problem appeared, now every time eBay tries to send a payment to my Payoneer account a message in the payment status appears saying that there are registration problems in my Payoneer account and that I must solve these problems in order to receive it, so I opened a support ticket on Payoneer and I was informed that there are no pending issues in my account and that all the data is correct, Payoneer also informed that it was able to verify that for me to receive my available funds eBay needs to activate my Payoneer account, I sent a screenshot showing this response from Payoneer to eBay support on April 4th and after that I never got any responses from eBay, I'm very upset. Used because I need to pay my bills and I already have more than 2000 dollars available in my eBay account but unfortunately it is not being deposited in my Payoneer account, please ask for your help, I don't know what else to do. Thank you in advance for your attention.

eBay has a policy about non-physical items. Sellers must have permission to list such items. Did you get that approval?
Listings that aren’t following the rules may never be paid out.
The company that owns the game for which you are selling time, game currency, secret codes, etc, also has rules that these ‘commodities’ are not yours to sell.
You’ve got trouble from all sides.

I'm relatively new here on eBay, I started selling my products and services here because I saw other sellers selling the same way and as I'm an honest seller and I have 100% positive reviews I don't believe I should have problems, anyway, as I said myself eBay reps reported that my account has no issues and that this was an eBay technical issue, but unfortunately so far there has been no solution and I could see that hundreds of other sellers are having the same issue, so if you don't want to help or can't help, I kindly ask you not to interfere or say something you don't know. Anyway, I wish you a good wee

Apologies. I forgot to provide the eBay help page about selling virtual items.
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/electronically-delivered-items-policy?id=4289&st=12&pos=1&query=Electronically%20delivered%20items%20policy&intent=Digital&context=9010_BUYER&docId=HELP1191
Just because others are breaking the rules doesn’t make it legal.
Did you notice when you listed it, there was no category and that you had to pick a category ’games’ and add to the description that it wasn’t actually the game?

I don't see myself as someone who is breaking the rules, I'm just helping the community that needs help, but I understand your position and anyway thank you for your comment and once again I wish you a good week.

It is important to understand is that you need to have a little respect for other sellers trying to help you BEFORE you get into trouble. You are NOT the only honest seller out there. There are MILLIONS of us. You are welcome to review my feedback.
I doesn't matter what your opinion of the rules are or that you don't "see" yourself as breaking the rules. It's Ebay's site and Ebay's rules. I can guarantee you that when they do catch up to you they will NOT ask your permission or seek your approval to violate you account for breaking policy.
And don't try to disguise what you are doing because you are just trying to help buyers. If you weren't making money off what you are selling, you wouldn't be selling it.
So you may want to spend a little time learning the rule that @dryophelia shared with you and rethink what you are selling. You have absolutely no right to get your buyers password to an online game. You may need it for what you are selling, but that doesn't make it right or even within the rules of this site.

i was reading ebay terms and i understand now and i will change the items i have for sale and adjust the rules, thank you very much for your comment 🙂

I have this exact same problem. I don’t think anything is wrong with my account my eBay has my full SSN. How did you fix this?

New sellers have come here with this problem several times in this thread and this information has also been posted several times.
