Payment not going through

So I’ve been trying to pay for an item I bought since last night. Every time I try I get an email from eBay saying “Sorry, your recent payment for the items below did not go through. Please return to eBay to send your payment again”

I’ve deleted my card and added it back, didn’t work. PayPal didn’t work either. I’ve messaged the seller to see maybe it’s on their end but no response yet. Anyone seen this and what can I do to make it go through?
