Hi 

I am trying to post an item for selling, ebay request that I register in the payment management program

when I try to do so I receive a message saying

We are inviting sellers in stages, we cannot sign up today

I tried for three days

what to do now ?

Hi, you cannot sign up to sell until eBay sends you the notice it is your turn. So you will have to wait. As you are in Kuwait, there may be different rules for you to follow to sign up. Be patient, and your time will come.
