I am writing to ask for assistance regarding a payment I have not received for an item I sold on eBay.

I recently sold a headset through my eBay account. The transaction shows as completed on my end, and the item has been sold, but I have not received the payment in my account. I have checked my payment settings, bank details, and pending payouts, and I do not see the funds.

Could you please help me understand why the payment has not been released or credited, and let me know what steps are needed to resolve this issue?

New sellers can have their funds held for 30 days.

Nothing to resolve, just have to wait until the hold is released.

All new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.

If you're an infrequent seller (I see you joined in 2021), your payments can be held up by ebay.

I WOULD CONCLUDE THAT IF YOU have NOT SEEn ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT on hold then that would mean the buyer has not even paid yet.
