Payment in person

I live close to seller ,is item is expensive

I want to pick it up And give payment in person .

 Can I do this and how.

You can't do it unless the seller says it's ok to do this.

and seller may not know to check messages; or want to check messages (not required); but YOU are required to pay for the item so seller can ship it (seller needs to input tracking number and if over $750; ship with signature)

The seller would have to revise the listing and add local pick up as an option BEFORE any bid or offer is made.

You cant just go change the contract and make terms the seller never agreed to do.
