Do you guys gave faced a experience like when we pay using our card there's some error occurs.
Can anyone give solution for this ?

I'm sorry but it's your bank.
Last year SL government said sometimes foreign payments will be limited, and to contact your bank if it happens.

So if I use my paypal account will I have to face any limitation issue..?

You should be able to pay with a credit card on PayPal.
