Recently, when I purchasing an item off of Ebay that was over $30, the PayPal Pay in 4 didn't appear among the payment options during check out. When I selected PayPal as payment option, I thought it would take me to my PayPal account where I could select PayPal in 4 to pay for my order. However, instead of taking me to my PayPal account, the full amount was charged via PayPal. Does anyone know why PayPal Pay in 4 isn't showing up as a payment option? Is anyone else having the same issue?
