Sorry -- your question indicates that you've not learned enough about selling yet.
eBay does not send the products. YOU, the seller, send the products. PLEASE, PLEASE read more about how to sell here BEFORE you begin; otherwise, you're a disaster waiting to happen.
And please do not post in all caps here.

Typing in all caps means you are yelling at us. There is no need for that. Some of us are here simply to help if we can.
As @soh.maryl said, it is clear that you have done NO research at all to even learn the very basics about what the Ebay site offers to sellers or buyers for that matter. You need to do your homework. Expecting others to do it for you and then just tell you what you need to do is simply not the way to approach a NEW JOB.
Try reading these VERY carefully. Come on back and ask any question you need to after you have read everything.

You're the one with the product to sell, not Ebay.
When you sell an item, you ship the item to the buyer.

No not at all. You have to write up the item listing. Then when it sells, you pack and ship to the buyer.
There are drop ship companies that will ship for you but it's a bad idea to use them. If anything goes wrong, your on the hook for it. eBay just rents listing space on their site, you do the rest.

Drop shippers usually ship an item that the seller has ordered from them.

That depends on the type of items you have chosen to drop ship and the company that is doing the actual drop shipping. I did this for many years. I had a great vendor doing the drop shipping. The misconception of dropshipping is that it is really easy money for a seller. It is not. Not if you do it right.
I got inventory exception reports DAILY from my supplier and I went through it daily. That report told me the new stuff that was added to stock, items that had price decreases, items that had price increases and items that went out of stock. It was rare for me to get an OOS defect because I did my job and kept a close eye on inventory and pricing. It was a lot of work.

No, you didn't. You might think you did, but trust me, you didn't. Not even close.
