I've been receiving payouts normally with no issues noted. I think you need to speak with a Managed Payments customer service representative with eBay to determine what the actual problem is.

@doclada Sorry that you are having problems getting your payouts.
Here are some things to double-check that may be interfering with your payouts, it might not be computer-related at all.
Make sure that your name and address in your eBay profile match your bank EXACTLY.
I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. Just add the middle name in the first name box with a space. You can not use a PO box for the registration address.
You can still use a PO box for the ship from and to address.
Verify that your birthdate and SS# are correct:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
Verify that your bank information is correct:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/settings
If none of the above help then you will need to contact a Managed Payments customer service agent.
Request a call back from the bottom of this help page and keep calling daily until someone fixes your account:

If you are using a cellphone turn off the spam filter or it might block the callback.

I'm going through the exact same thing
account restricted for no reason
sent all documents they requested
still won't lift restriction or give me my money
keep being told to wait, there's a delay, it'll work itself out, it will be resolved in 24 hours, 3-5 days, 7-10 days. blah blah blah
Then, at the end of my patience, I asked them if there was a hardware failure or security breach
Then i am told they are 'not at liberty' to explain anything to me
Lovely company
Now I have to sue eBay to get my money
Neato!

Are daily payouts suppose to be the full total that you get from the item you sold or is it broken down into smaller payments that equal that amount?

@kie.ki5 Your payout is the amount of the sale less the eBay sellers fees and shipping if you used pending funds to pay for the labels.
You can see a breakdown of the payout and exactly what listings were included and the fees by clicking on the payout id number on this page:
