PAYOUT PROBLEMS.....Who Would Have Guessed ?

Message from Ebay this morning.........."On Dec. 02,2020 we tried sending you a payout of $__.__, but we ran into a problem with your bank account. Please check to see if the bank account information you entered is correct or contact your bank for details"

 

My bank has been processing payouts for at least 2 months now......now there's a problem ?......and it's MY FAULT or BANK'S FAULT ?

I got the same message. 54 payments since Sept and now it is my bank with the problem. How about some response from ebay.  Something anything.

Same here, we called our bank before looking here to see everyone has the same "bank" problem.  My bank keep asking if I clicked on a link in the email and was I sure where the email came from.😣

Had a Paypal account for 17 years - 0 problems. Had an Ebay account for 3 months and this is the 2nd problem. About tired of this **bleep** and about to tell Ebay where to stuff it.

This happened to me today and when they did do a successful transfer, the amount was less than it should have been -- it looks as if they took out the fees twice, possibly. So check carefully.

Same here, woke up..got an Email saying my Payout was declined..to check my bank..

it's not my bank..I've gotten all of my payouts without issue..Just Today..Dec 2..and it seems there is many many other's that having this issue..
Funny , never had this issue before with PayPal...but this is a first...

Let's hope they fix this Issue ..FAST..

Cause we all do this for the Money..and need it..not to be held over by Ebay or have issues with OUR money...

They better Email everyone and EXPLAIN what happened..not some vague email...

Same message for me. Called my bank and there is no issue on their end. Ebay issue yet again. Tired of this. How can I get payments every day and then suddenly they say my bank info is wrong? I think we need an audit or some protection for users.  This is getting ridiculous

One more who recieved the email.. Payouts have been working the last two weeks, then blammo... this **bleep**.

It was bad enough having to switch, but this is ridiculous..

Same thing here this morning. I wish we could switch back to PayPal payments, never had any problems with that and you had access to your money immediately. I hope it's not going to start being a nightmare to sell on here and then worry if you'll even get your "payout" or not.

TO EBAY:  Better communication when there is a problem can go a long way. 

Payout would not go through for me.  It was my first deposit with MP, so I thought I messed up.  Hopefully a glitch that will be resolved quickly.  Just wish there was a more formalized Announcement or email sent saying that it is on eBay's end and not the banks.   The eBay message tells us to contact our bank, when eBay knows that it is their problem.  So I spent a good half hour on the phone with bank for no reason.  As for eBay customer support, the 'Contact Us' where they call you is temporarily shut down.

OK it looks like what happened was a different transaction did get transferred and I was not sent an email about it so the amount seems to be correct after all. I do still plan to check with customer support if I can ever connect with them....
