PAYMENTS GLITCH!!!!!!!!!

I've been enrolled in Managed payments since July. All of the sudden today, I receive a notification that I sold an item but went into PayPal. And of course, there's no way to contact eBay to find out what is going on!!!! Has anyone else had this happen or am I the luckily anomaly?

SO TIRED OF THIS STUFF EBAY!
