I've got the same flippin problem. I have a $100 in points I can't use on Ebay purchaes. **bleep**.. I hope someone is reading this and fixes it soon. Maddening as hell. Grrrrrr!!!!

Yea still calling synchrony says there is nothing they can do, call ebay. Called ebay they say nothing they can do waiting for another team to resolve who knows when that will be
