I have contacted Synchrony and they say nothing wrong on their end call
ebay they say to call synchrony.Being going on for more than 6months.

Yea still calling synchrony says there is nothing they can do, call
ebay. Called ebay they say nothing they can do waiting for another team
to resolve who knows when that will be
