Not a Single Payout From Managed Payouts

I have not received any Payouts for 30 days, even though my sellers account shows they were sent to my bank. Talked to my bank. They tell me they don't have ebay listed on the account for deposits. Finally was able to chat with ebay customer service and was told to delete the bank account and re-enter the information. I was told the month's worth of missing funds would be available within 48 hours. 3 days later, and still not there. I can't keep selling if I never get paid and I'd really like to get the money I'm owed.

Understanding "eBay Time" when it comes to $$.

1. For users, NOW, means yesterday.

2. For eBay, 48 Hours means 2-3 weeks.

You will most likely need to request a call back from MP Customer Service to get this straightened out.  Have you taken a look at your Payments Summary page?   Are the funds showing there as "Available" with a date for Payout like this screenshot?

Make sure the name you registered with on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account.  If you need to add a middle name or initial, do it in the first name space.  My ebay > Summary >Account > Personal information

Make sure you use a physical street address and not a P.O. Box.  You can use a P.O. Box as your SHIP FROM address.

y payout was $463 short this week, "PROCESSING" since Feb 8, $200 still on hold for the next payout. How can sales from the 8th still be processing? Sales from the 12th to the 14th were sent, but not the ones BEFORE that date.

Spread this across the system and tally up the $$$  they can hold the $ and make interest on it. This wasn't a very good idea by them.  It isn't their forte.

Were you getting any payments cleared before then or have you not gotten any since starting MP at all? I keep reading that the name and account info need to be exactly the same as listed on you bank account. Sometimes there are delays, but not 30 days...

Those funds are going somewhere, and not (as often rumored) sitting in an account accruing money for ebay. There's something wrong with your account info here.

Have contacted ebay several times. I was finally told the payments would be entered manually. Finally the first 2 were in my bank. Then the rest said "failed". Then they said "Processed" but still not in my bank. Waiting hours for customer service is getting old.

Never received a payout since signing up to Managed Payments. Finally got the first two, but still missing 5 payouts. ebay says they have been processed, but they aren't in MY bank.
