Ever since the new year, it looks like eBay is no longer generating reports or statements...
So, um... Where can we receive our statements now?

I was able to download the transaction report for January and my statement for January is also available. Maybe an account specific glitch that will require you to request a call back from MP customer service. Sorry I can't help more.

On the expenses page for reports they added more fields (unannounced but a cs told me) so you can select only shipping labels or stuff like that- 8 in total but it does not work. ebay is exhausting. I wish the company would just get sold and then they clear out the board and all the depart heads that have no idea what the customer base wants and put some people in there that have focus and a direction, instead od every department working independently of each other and then trying to mash it all up at the end- which is what we have now with the managed payments debacle and the unified listing tool etc.
The changes in the detailed transaction report was announce, well of sorts. There was a flag at the top of that page since early December informing us that later in January the report would be updated. For course it is completely rolled out now so the flag is no longer there.
It is likely there for you now. Mine generated around the 20th of the month. So you may just have to contact MP to resolve your issue.
With that said, question for you. How do you even find this report helpful? It is likely safe to assume that most sellers do not keep their books on a fiscal month but a calendar month. Plus not all the numbers even appear on these statements for ever area of expenses that run through our MP accounts. They leave out a lot of important information on this report.
But my biggest thing is it is useless unless they fix it, include the stuff it should have on it and create it for Calendar Months, NOT fiscal.

I am not surprised that it does not contain what we need- just hopeful. Looks like all they keep doing is adding different ways to see the same info in a csv file. not helpful. All they have to do is look at paypal's reports and do something like that. I dont think there is a copyright on good transparent reporting with end of month and end of year totals is there?
These reports have been around for awhile. If it actually had all the right numbers and was for a calendar month, it would be a great recap for any given month. But the report as it stands is pretty worthless. So you aren't missing anything.
FYI, I don't know how long you have been in MP, but these reports don't start to generate until you have been in MP for almost a month or more.

Where are you trying to get the reports from?
The 1099Ks have not yet been released. Ebay has until the end of the month to do that.
