Dear eBay.
Real people (including me) make a living on your platform. To to deny sellers payouts without cause or explanation is unfair and unacceptable. You hold us (sellers) to high standards on your platform. Don't you think it's fairly hypocritical not to hold yourself to equally high standards?
If I had communicated with my buyers like this I would have been banned. If I defrauded my customers by selling something and not shipping it, I would be banned (and likely charged as a criminal).
Our small Anchor Store income pays our employee's wages. It pays for housing, healthcare, and food. You owe sellers, who pay thousands in fees, the bare minimum an explanation when you deny them the payouts they have rightfully earned if not also how and when you expect the issue to be remedied.
