New Ebay Payment System Shipping Label Problem!

The new ebay payment system after an item has been sold isn't allowing me to choose a padded envelope when printing the packing label, ebay has pre-chosen that  I'm shipping a package which I am not! It will cost me more than the buyer paid because it's not allowing me to choose that I'm shipping in a padded envelope!  The old system through PayPal allowed seller to make changes to package or envelope type, dimensions, weight, and shipping method after an item was sold as many times seller just estimate the dimensions/weight/package type until they actually have sold an item.  HELP, can/will this be fixed?

I use the app, so not exactly sure where it is, but at the top of the screen should be click for custom label and should show additional options available.

A padded envelope is considered a package if you are sending it 1st class and want tracking.  If you are just trying to send it as a letter, read the PO's description here: https://pe.usps.com/text/dmm100/mailing-domestic.htm

eBay doesn't sell postage for 1st class letters.
