New seller - how long until they remove holding payments?

Hi!

I started selling on here almost exactly three months ago and I'm loving the experience so far, but I couldn't find any information regarding when they will release my payment hold of 30 days. I've sold for almost 3500usd so far but at the moment about 2500 of those are on hold. They have been very generous regarding my selling limit each month, but what else is missing for them to start paying me directly after a sale and not after 30 days? Any help with concrete requirements from eBay and/or tips would be very appreciated!

Here's a page that might be helpful. I don't see 30 days, but I've heard of it. Hang in there! >> Payments on hold | eBay

You should do well with those Pandora items over the holiday season.

But with only 53 items, there is no need for you to pay for a Store. You have 250 FREE listings without one.

Once the restriction is lifted, and you can ask every 30 days , you will not be paid directly.

Instead the default is a weekly (Tuesday) payment.

You can ask for daily or monthly payments if you prefer. The biweekly option seems to have been dropped. I stuck with the default because it feels like a paycheque and anyway I'm lazy.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

Re: New seller - how long until they remove holding payments?

Thank you for that tip! I'm mostly using a store subscription to lower my final value fees, I tried it for the last two months and concluded that it saves me money since some of my items sell for quite a lot. I have a lot more room to stock items but they keep getting sold before I have the chance to actually make it look like a store, hopefully I'll get there though.

Regarding the payments I do have the setting of getting paid daily activated, but eBay holds my money for 30 days because I have a "limited selling record" as they state.
