Way to go Ebay!  If you wanted to make selling more difficult,  mission accomplished.  It now truly sucks to sell anything on Ebay.

What is the issue? Your post doesn't mention anything. 
But allow me to guess...you are a new seller and your payouts are on hold. Am I correct? 
You agreed to it when you signed up as a seller and listed.

Yeah it sucks now because in order to get paid you must attach a checking account and not all banks are approved. Then your payment will be held up to 30 days. Sometimes longer.  And they may want your SSN. 

MILLIONS of sellers experienced the same thing, if it's any consolation.

You got paid for the item you sold 6 months ago, you would have had the same issues then as now, guessing payout holds. New or returning sellers that have not sold anything in the past 90 days are subject to up to 30 holds on payouts.
