A buyer sent a message to me that she accidentally paid on an order and meant to do a "request for invoice". She wanted to know if she could do a cancellation.
I started typing a message to let her know not to cancel, I can do a refund of the overpaid shipping cost. But an incoming message came through, and she already cancelled.
I clicked on decline cancellation, and it would not allow me to. Is it because her funds are still processing?
The situation I am in, I really do not want anything taken out of my checking account. I have zero dollars in funds and managed payouts already sent out. The only thing I have is the buyer whom requested cancellation, her funds that are now processing.
My main question is, will I have any problems with declining the cancellation once her processing funds become an available fund?

You may want to post this on the Managed Payments board: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Payments/ct-p/Payments
You need to request permission to enter but that shouldn't take too long.
