90% of the complaints are getting more assistance than the seller/buyer are needing knowledgeable answers. The other 10%, asking for help, get no help or very little. Me included, today I had NONE. Percentages are metaphorical, by the by.
There ought to be a section for people who complain and a separate section for seller/buyer wanting real good knowledgeable assistance. I'd much rather get assistance on the eBay community, I mean, isn't that what it is for?
I accepted eBay managed payment, and I have no problems and got used to the changes. It's been running very smoothly. The percentage may be a little higher than dealing with PayPal, so I'm okay with it.
eBay have been advertising, per one of the complaints saying eBay is not supporting them. I've seen several out here, billboard, Pinterest and yesterday, surprisingly advertised on the radio news station.
Complaints about boycotting, mangle payment, mangled payment, mangled payment. I'm just saying.....they take up the BOARD!!!!
Please take it in consideration, people like me who need knowledgeable answers, be it a stupid question or a wise one, PLEASE, PLEASE take us for consideration.

2 out of 3 recent questions solved isn't bad.
