You didn't say whether you need to change your buying or selling PayPal account. If you want to change it in your active listings you'll just need to Revise the listings and change it to the correct PP account. If you are using a Payment Policy, you'll need to change whatever policy your using, save it, then make sure it updates in your listings. I recommend creating a custom Payment Policy that you can remember and set it as default.
If you want to change your buying PP account, go to Account>PayPal Account and un-link the existing account and link the new one.
