Today i have received below e mail from e bay. I did my business as best of my knowledge. I shipped every orders before handling time. I provided valid tracking number for every orders. What can i do for this from my side? Please share your experiences with me..
Received e mail from e bay:
" Hello maxura_shops,
Your payouts have been temporarily placed on hold while we review some details. Please allow up to 5 days for this review to take place.
You'll be notified if we need further information. If there are no further concerns, your payouts will be unblocked.
This temporary block will not impact your regular operations (listings/selling).

Since you are in Sri Lanka, drop shipping from China, you may have a problem, you will have to wait and see what Ebay says about this, as the email states.
