My December invoice

In the month of December I only sold two items  $ 18 and $ 20 

but today I received invoice it says  $ 11.76

what percentage I have been charged?

You selling fees are based on the total price, including shipping,  and sales tax. Since you're still using PayPal,  you have their fees of 2.9% +  .30, then ebay's 10%.

Then you have to add any listing fees you may have incurred.  Easiest way to see is to go to your seller account and look at your invoice .
